1N 1) No less than 3 years of experience on woman shoes development;

2) Working with USA designer for adjusting prototype paper pattern and last;

3) Be able to developing new material with supplier and sourcing material in the market based on designer request;

4) Good communication with USA designer in daily email about the sample status;

5) Good experience to follow up from prototype to confirmation sample ;

6) Positive working attitude and team player;

7) Good oral English, writing, and understanding;
