Sales Manager（Knitwear）

About the job:

We are actively seeking sales Managers with a focus on diverse business to join our fast-developing team in Shanghai/Dongguan.

The focus of the position is to develop strategic business plans and implementations through working with our partners and customers to knitwear products. We are looking for someone who can grow new business opportunities to gain market expansion and all relevant channels in Mainland/overseas.

Job responsibilities：

• Provide professional services in sales to new clients;
• Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with buyers and customers to build the business;
• Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management;
• Responsible to report and analyze merchandising trends and marketability;
• Familiar with the knitwear market trend and carry out excellent customer’s relationship management;

• 提供及领导战略业务规划、产品开发、采购及供应商管理；
• 负责报告及分析销售趋势、市场适应性；
• 熟悉针织品市场动态，实行良好的客户关系管理。

Requirements:

• Energetic, pleasant and passionate about knitwear product;
• A degree holder with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in knitwear is preferred;
• Experienced in knitwear product is a must. Have work experience in well-known knitwear brand / buying office is plus;
• Strong negotiation, presentation skills and able to work under pressure;
• Able to handle orders and co-ordinate with colleagues & clients in different requirements;
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese；

能力要求：

• 工作积极主动，对针织产品有热忱；
• 具有4年以上针织品相关工作经验者优先考虑;；
• 有针织品行业经验者优先，有知名品牌/采购工作经验者优先；
• 较强的谈判能力、表达能力及承受工作压力的能力；
• 能够处理订单，并协调处理同事及客户不同需求；
• 工作积极主动，注重细节，良好的中英文书面和口语沟通能力。
