任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历，国际贸易或物流相关专业；
• 具有三年以上空运操作/客服经验；
• 工作积极主动，团队意识强，有责任心，能够承受压力；
• 具有较强的客户服务意识和沟通能力，以及良好的独立应对和解决问题的能力；
• 能够熟练使用 OFFICE 办公软件；
• 英语具有良好的读、写能力。
