职位描述
1. Manage vendor quality and production process to be inline with customer/US office expectation.
按照总部/客人的要求来协助供应商提高生产管理和品质水平。
2. Be familiar with quality management systems and procedures, and help institute at partner factories.
熟悉品质管理流程，并且可以灵活运用到日常工作里面。
3. Communicate effectively written and orally with upper factory management & US and SH team members.
善于与供应商和同事及时，准确得沟通。包括书面和口头。善于协调工厂和总部的合作关系。
4. Good presentation skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
良好的表达能力 (包括PPT, Word, Excel)
5. Good follow up skills.
具有跟踪产品的研发与生产的过程的能力。
6. Assist factory in managing all critical processes.
协助工厂把关生产流程中所有的主要工序。
7. Possess willingness to demonstrate principles of production management for factory ownership within factory workshop environment.
有耐心并且在习惯在车间一线工作。
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
执行上级指定的其他质量管理相关任务。
Job Requirements:
职位要求
1. Education Level: College or university graduated.
大专以上学历
2.Years of Experience: 5 years or above experiences in furniture manufacturing Industry or Buying/Trading office for US/EU Market.
五年或以上在家具制造行业，或者相关欧美公司技术或质检经验
3.Good technical knowledge of various furniture constructions.
具备丰富的不同材质家具的经验
4.Language Skills: Good on written English, intermediate level of oral English. Strong communication skills.
语言要求：良好英文书写，可进行基本英文对话；良好沟通技巧
5. Familiar with US & Canada regulation and testing requirement on furniture is preferred.
熟悉北美家具相关的法律法规和测试要求者优先
6.Travel Requirements: Frequently
须经常外派出差
7. Previous Experience
有管理欧美高档品牌的家具或类似产品的工作经验者优先。
