Responsibilities:

  

• To communicate with customers on daily basis in line with site manager and contract manager’s guidelines

• To follow up import shipment status based on shipping info provided by customer, including vessel schedule, port survey, shuttling plan, customs clearance/CIQ etc. And update related reports to customer.

• To follow up accessories ordering process based on info provided by customer, including accessories ordering, receiving, stock management etc.

• To supervise on customer reporting, including daily track & trace report, hand-over report, stock report, accessories report etc.

• To supervise on monthly billing summary internally and externally, based on the alignment with site manager and contract manager

• Others may be required

• To ensure customers satisfaction

• To assist admin activities

Qualification:

  

• Colleague or above education background

  

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the logistics, shipping industry, or similar industry services ;

  

• Good user skills in Microsoft Office

• High motivation in learning and doing

• Written English required

• Good communication skill with both internal and external parties, good team player

• Able to work under pressure and tight time lines

• A high standard of ethical and compliant behaviour
