Position Summary:
Responsible to lead the strategic sourcing and category management activities of finished
products from ODM/OEM Asian supply base. Key leader of cross-functional team ensuring
all corporate objectives involving product development, strategic sourcing, cost reduction
projects, and ongoing product support are met while interfacing with global design and
marketing groups.

Key Responsibilities:
？ Lead sourcing and supply chain team responsible for commercial aspects of Finished
Goods sourcing and procurement from Asian Supply base including:
o Supplier Management, assessment, negotiation, cost reductions, and value
improvement.
o Identify, develop and manage relationships with best sources of finished products.
o Control processes, costs, profit margins, and delivery.
？ Develop and execute Sourcing Strategies that support the business objectives and growth
plans.
？ Conduct general market research in various categories as well as research into potential
suppliers, product specifications and resources.
？ Negotiate agreements and agreement related duties. Identify and cultivate new business
relationships related to products and product development activities.
？ Liaison between Global Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and Marketing teams.
？ Develop and manage Supply Agreements, Lead Times, Payment Terms, Warranty
Reductions, etc.
？ Cross-Functional Project Management

Educational & Experience Required:
？ Degree in mechanical/electrical oriented engineering or related discipline preferred. MBA
an advantage.
？ At least 7 years sourcing and supply chain experience in mechanical or electrical
products/industry.
？ Self-motivated, Independent.
？ Able to work effectively across functions
？ New Product Development processes as well as Project Management.
？ Knowledge of manufacturing and quality assurance practices.
？ Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
？ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Cantonese also preferred.

？ Develop and motivate highly competent and responsive sourcing and supply chain staff.
