Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design & development works and resources. Set priorities, concise plans and concrete milestones for development activities.
• Collaborate with business units and other cross functional teams to develop and qualify products that meet application specification, reliability, regulatory, schedule and cost requirements
• Develop and motivate high potential and competent engineering staffs
• Organize and supervise the activities of different sub teams –battery, switches, chargers and other electronic components
• Manage existing suppliers in order to ensure that the products meet application requirements, quality, cost and schedule.
• Establish, review and continually improve component’s design, development and qualification process with proper drawings/documentations and testing standards to comply with TTI’s quality system
• Implement new techniques and tools to the new product development process to shorten development cycle time and ensure smooth product launch.
• Work jointly and harmoniously with overseas electronics teams to accomplish project goals
• Establish and maintain electrical components platforms in order to shorten development time, reduce variations in operations, increase quality and reduce cost

Person Specifications

· A recognized university bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building and managing a team in related industry

· Well developed managerial skills combined with excellent technical expertise in embedded power electronics.

· Good level of written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

· Able to work effectively in a fast pace development environment.

· Working in electronics components or appliance industry is a plus

· Able to station in Dongguan, PRC
