职位描述
Accountabilities:
- Handle communication with Customer, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Supervisor, Suppliers
- Update activities reports and WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy.
- Report exception cases to management
- Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service
- Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure (SOP) and meet client KPI standard.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of working experience in logistics industry.
- With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.
- Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.
- General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation
- Fair command of written and spoken English
- Fluent in Putonghua
- Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intranets. Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access.
