Responsibilities and Duties

·                  Coordinate the shipment with vendors and logistics service provider.

·                  Monitor and manage order fulfillment of the vendors by handling the incoming and outgoing shipment by coordinating with LSP and vendors.

·                  Optimize existing delivery + pickup processes, returns, tracking codes and find additional fulfillment partners

·                  Produce weekly OTD report and other KPI

·                  Negotiate the logistics rate with LSP to optimize the cost

·                  Dealing with custom on custom clearance, familiar with HS codes/ Incoterms

·                  Working closely with cross-functional team, being the focal point for logistic matter

·                  Ensure on time delivery and shipment of products to fulfill the required on site date

·                  To assist and is familiar with shipping documents preparation and regulations. (BL, COO, Packing List, DG cargo, LC etc)

·                  Ensure SAP system accuracy of shipment status.

·                  To audit and manage each Third Party Logistics' (3PL) performance while constantly driving improvement and cost saving initiatives

·                  Drive follow-up resolution plan and process when 3PL failure occurs

·                  To support expediting works as needed.

Requirements

·                  Minimum of 3 years of experiences in logistics management, 3PL management

·                  Able to work in a face pace environment as turn around time for delivery is 1 day

·                  DG certifications will be a plus

·                  Experience with SAP system

·                  Fluent language skills in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
