REQUIREMENTS：

1.University Graduate or above, majoring in computer science, Management Information Systems or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in program management,software development,specification writing.

3. Strong experience in object-oriented programming,  .NET, ASP and Web development；Familiar with SQL, Oralce database development； Strong experience in Crystal reports development；Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good oral and written English and Chinese.
