The Telecom coordinator is responsible to coordinate all telecom projects including data circuit, phone system, video conferencing and mobile.

He collects business requirement and coordinates with Corp and local resources together with vendor for capacity planning, system design and implementation.

For WAN project, he coordinates with Corp for circuit planning, circuit expansion and circuit related to facility change.

For phone system, he coordinates for system upgrade, new system implementation and annual system maintenance contract. He also establish relationship with local providers and carriers.

For video conferencing, he coordinates system upgrade and new system implementation. He also assists on trouble shooting with Corp and vendor.

For mobile project, he will provide guideline to ensure UPS standard can be met.

 

Experience & Skills

1.Good knowledge and solid experience of telecommunications systems/network hardware and other components associated with the voice, data and mobile networks.

2.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular Telecom field.

3.Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

4.Works well with team members.

5.Excellent communication skills, good oral English and literacy.
