Job Description

l Responsible for daily operation, data tracking and analysis of new media (WeChat official account & Douyin) platform, maintaining the number of fans and activity of the platform

l According to different platform attributes, and hot events yearly calendar, plan and execute influential new, promotion, and disseminated activities to drive new traffic to own media platform

l Responsible for user operation and maintenance: familiar with fission, carry out platform operation and maintenance to build on follower amount, retention rate and its activeness, and in charge of the net increase of fans

l Responsible for content operation: able to gain insight into user needs through scientific research methods, dig out content that meets the platform tone, plan and write/shoot high-quality, high-dissemination content, and be responsible for the amount of graphic read/video view

Capability Requirement

1. More than 2 years of experience in content & new media operations is preferred; F&B industry experience is preferred

2. Understand the familiarity of different platforms, as well as user operation thinking and modes, and be familiar with new media communication methods and rules

3. Good at user online activity planning and data analysis, familiar with the tools necessary for new media operations

4. Have strong learning ability, aesthetic/expressive/copywriting skills, and have a good teamwork spirit and communication and negotiation skills
