4、通过各人才网站搜集符合公司要求相关人才，沟通招聘需求负责招聘工作；

5、协同开展新员工入职培训，业务培训，执行培训计划，其他临时性工作； 

6、负责行政等日常工作，协助公司建立健全的人力资源制度，收集相关的劳动用工等人事政策及法规； 

7、工作积极主动，具备强烈的责任感，事业心，沟通能力，耐心、细心，以及严谨的 逻辑思维能力。 

8、具有较强沟通协调能力，良好的学习能力和文案写作能力，熟练操作办公软件；
