Job Title: B2B Sales Super Trainee
Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: B2B CEO
Purpose of this position:
This is a two-year Management Trainee program at Korrun. You will be engaged in the whole process of maintaining our Global Key Account as well as acquiring New Clients. Meanwhile, you will be involved in several Change Management initiatives in terms of Organization, Process, System, People and Culture Transformation of B2B. You will have the opportunity to rotate among different Divisions/Departments, collaborate with different teams such as sales, planning, sourcing, factories, logistics, IE, quality, finance, HR, etc.
Objective and key responsibility:
1) Support the global sales team in KPI monitoring and daily administrative tasks
2) Act as the main point of contact for client, and proactively develops and creates customer relationships
3) Ensure client feedback is properly disseminated and addressed
4) Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, assist in marketing activities
5) Assist to facilitate the communication of sales opportunities for entire Korrun sales team (e.g. cross-selling). And find customer needs and designs solution to meet them is preferred
6) Help with contract related transitions, conduct regular meetings, and assist in Project and Team Management
7) Handle review and approval processes and take charge of task and milestone planning and tracking
8) Documents the customer and contact information
9) Any other duties as and when assigned
*******************************************************Qualification**************************************************************
1. Bachelor or higher degree, overseas education background is preferred
2. 1-5 years’ B2B sales related experience with proven capabilities and tracked records
3. Quickly capture analyze client’s expectation and potential needs with knowledge and skillset of sales
4. Good understanding on supply chain is preferred, as well as basic accounting know-how
5. Good skill of key customer management and good understanding of product sales and channel expansion
6. Strong interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
7. Ambitious, diligent, Team-work Spirit, High Responsibility, and Work Under Pressure
8. Able to travel in a short term.
9. Good reading & writing skill for English in meetings, and International Exposure is preferred
10. Possession of top clients’ resources is preferred
