职位描述
1、建立并完善人力资源管理制度和体系，包括招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工关系等；
2、负责档案管理工作,建立和完善公司人事、行政等档案资料的立卷、维护、管理。
3、负责制定和完善公司岗位编制，协调公司各部门有效的开发和利用人力，满足公司的经管管理需求；
4、负责新进人员的招聘、录用、培训；负责人事任免、调动、退休、晋升、考核奖惩、劳动合同处理等；
5、制定公司及各部门的培训计划和培训大纲；
6、负责公司证照、考勤工资、社保、等事务的管理工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源或行政管理专业优先考虑；
2、三年以上工厂全盘人事行政管理经验；
3、成熟稳重、做事条理清晰、有魄力、沟通能力强
4、懂ISO及有验厂经验和推行6S经验更佳
