？ Assist in Brand manager to run end to end Lipton business 

？ Take the lead for innovations and lead cross-function team to launch projects on-time-in-full.

？ Develop integrated innovation launch plan incl. media plan, digital/EC plan, and social plan. And take full responsibility of flawless execution for better business delivery.

？ Lead the brand building projects independently to increase brand equity as well as boost sales.

Requirements:

？ Result driven and growth mindset

？ Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-function teams and agencies.

？ Bias for action attitude with good execution ability.

？ Innovation experience is a must

？ Bilingual in Chinese and English
