Duties & Responsibilities:

Internal Communication:

· Partner with different stakeholders to define an internal communication strategy to provide both top-down, bottom-up feedback channels

· Provide support to leadership and relevant team to develop inspirational content and format design for key initiatives on company level

Employee Engagement:

· Operate as a key member of promoting the culture of high-performance, with an working environment of trusted, responsible, humble & ambitions, open & inclusive

· Participate and support to come up with employee engagement initiatives following up the “be vocal” survey

Employer Branding:

· Work as a key player on collecting external and internal insight on employer branding

· Work with TA team managing social medial channels such as LinkedIn and Wechat to help engagement early professional talent audiences

Project Support:

· Support the special project management and monitoring feedback of upcoming management trainee program

Skills and Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, prefer business administration, HR and related field;

· Good read & written English skill;

· Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications;

· Logical thinking, organized manner and follow up habit;

· Good communication skill with active and positive working style;

· Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
