- Revenue Recognition monthly

- AP & AR analysis and follow up

- Review and follow up monthly accounts reconciliations

- Ensure company financial policy and internal control requirement are strictly followed

- Monthly reporting (JLL requirements) prepare

- Monthly closing Reporting and analysis

- Intercom and Tax support

- Support company SOX requirement and external audit

- Support manager on the projects

- Over 8 years of experience in finance roles, including AP/AR and GL

- Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent

- Prior experience working in US MNC and/or dynamic environment, preferably in professional service industry

- Proficient in English, both writing and speaking

- Strong process control knowledge and process improvement thinking

- Working knowledge of Finance system applications e.g. PeopleSoft Extensive understanding of cooperate financial management knowledge

- Good Team work spirit Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadlines

- Good communications skills Able to work under multi-culture business environment
