 1、京东客服/专员/助理/运营一年以上经验，有美妆个护类目客服经验优先。 

2、能接受加班、工作主动性强、有较高的学习能力； 

3、诚实守信、具有团队精神及全局意识，执行能力与抗压能力强。 

4、熟练使用Office办公系统及常规办公设备，有一定的文字功底和写作能力。 

5、熟悉电商客服和电话销售者优先。 

 工作时间：六天制，8:00-12:00,13:30-17:30。 

 职位描述： 1、负责店铺日常运营，包括产品上下架，标题优化，提高搜索排名等； 

2、推广引流：制定有效的引流方案并执行； 

3、活动报名：制定有效的店内各种折扣活动、以及官方营销活动； 

4、配合店长做好产品及页面优化，每月制定并完成销售目标/计划。
