Responsibilities
- Work closely with General Manager and management team to understand future business objectives and develop local HR strategies and solutions
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategy, setup HR processes, procedures and products.
- Work closely with business line managers, providing expert HR guidance on a variety of HR matters.
- Manage workforce planning to support the company operation and formulate and implement recruitment strategies and plans, being as business partner to manage all recruitment activities including: recruitment needs consolidated and analysis; face to face interview.
- Support GM on developing talent plans including training and competency development, key talent retaining plan, etc.
- Conduct daily HR operation including payroll, employee life cycle and employee relations.
- Develop the recognition and reward programs to drive the employee at high engagement level;
- To deal with various employee relation matters and be able to explain company rules and regulations in a professional manner, Establish high employee retention plan for the attracting, maintaining and stimulating of employees, and to ensure the company is competitive in talent market.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing office facilities and supplies, office renovation and lease renewal for office premises;
- Manage all-rounded general administration work including IT infrastructure setup and management, travel arrangement, accounting, and shipping & logistics tasks assigned by GM.
- Support top management to promote company culture by launching various activities.
- To foster a good working climate and strong HR team, drive performance, develop resources in accordance with the organization development;
Requirements / Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business or related discipline.
· At least 8 years of experience in talent development role in MNC. Consumer goods industry experience is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, able to work independently.
