• Review and evaluate significant business risks and processes control effectiveness, proactively set up mechanism to early flag out potential risks, actions to mitigate risk and simplify execution;
• Lead or participant in internal audit projects according to Annual Audit Plan (incl. prepares audit proposals & engagement plans, perform interviews, conduct sample tests and finalize audit reports) on time in full and with good quality;
• Discuss all the audit findings with business functions to achieve feasible improvement actions;
• Prepare well-organized audit reports of risk assessment, specific audit finding summary and follow-up actions; ü  Communicate the audit results and recommendations to management levels;
• Conduct ad hoc audit projects as assigned by line manager or head of governance.

• Bachelor's degree and above;
• Ability to lead the planning and work execution of less complex audits under the direction of a manger;
• Demonstrates initiatives and is proactive in accomplishing tasks;
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within and without the GC team;
• Displays professionalism & Poise in difficult situations;
• Participates in developing and applying the data analytics scripts, queries and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Audit activities.
