职位描述

Purpose of the Job:
1. Responsible for the development Commercial Plan for all innovations.
2. Track the performance, develop action plans and manage all innovations.
3. Become the SPOC (single point of contact) between SHHQ (Sales, Marketing, Supply and Logistics) and BUs and field in any matter related to innovations.
4.Streamline the steps for executing an innovation in the market and transform it into a document process.
5.Ensure the tactical execution of the marketing strategy.
6.Negotiate, allocate budget to entities and effectively track and monitor the spending.

Qualifications and Technical competencies required:

Education
- Bachelor degree.
Major in business or Marketing is a plus.
- English speaking is a must (fluent both oral and written). Mandarin written and oral fluency is mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years marketing/sales experience in a competitive Consumer Oriented environment (FMCG or Service industries)
- In-depth knowledge of (Chinese) trade marketing & sales, channel dynamics and business development - Commercial and organizational awareness, experience in leading national brands
- Commercial mind-set as well as a sensitivity to understand the needs of the various channels and to see new opportunities Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Excellent communications and follow-up skills
- Excellent coordination capability with marketing and sales

Other requirements:
- Availability for frequent short-term business trips.
- Team work spirit. - Self-driven and independent profile. Proactive mindset.
