职位描述
1、独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、执行、协调财务稽核、审计、会计工作；
3、监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划；
4、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
5、组织公司的成本管理工作,进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
6、制定财务相关制度。
任职资格：
1、财务、会计等专业本科以上学历；
2、3年以上财务管理工作经验，有工贸一体财务经验、有上市经验更佳；
3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
