Key Responsibilities1:

1-- optimization Non BOM Purchasing system and process according to company policy, regulation, code of conduct.

2--Sourcing and maintaining suitable and competitive supply base based on proper technical and commercial understanding and terms and conditions.

3--Total cost owner analysis and price negotiation on item level, project level and annual level against buying and selling position situation.

4--Insure the smooth and affective process of purchasing with monitoring all purchasing activities are compliance with company procedure and process and principle, judging and supporting on escalation issues.

5--Supplier performance management and supplier development with support team to shorten PR conversion time, involve in supplier biz review meeting with major supplier and continuous supplier development.

6--Monitor and develop supplier performance and capability

Key Responsibilities2:

1：Strategy

 (i)  Improve purchasing system and process                   

(ii)  Involve in establishing and maintaining purchasing strategy and drive the relevant functions for strategy implement action  

2：Process

(i) Support to establish and maintain World-class purchasing strategic process       

(ii) Support to optimize purchasing system and operational process     

(iii)Support concerning departments to overcome difficuilties in supply chain

(ⅳ)Coordinate relationship between colleagues and external suppliers

3：Sourcing

(i)  Deploy and maintain proper supplier base to support company business and strategy

(ii)    Intergrate cost analysis and price negotiation & contract management

(iii)  Cost saving according to the target

(ⅳ) Contract following up and management 

(ⅴ) Team work in project and target fulfillment

(ⅵ) Coordinate relationship between colleagues and external suppliers and so on

4 .Reporting

(i)  Regularly reporting import project status to PU SO Manager                                                      

(ii) On time reporting for the target assigned to PU SO Manager

(iii) Reporting supplier performance to PU SO Manager and take action to improve suppliers

Requirements:

 1--College graduate or above,Engineering education/Technical background is a plus.

2--Having 1-3 years purchasing experience in multinational company is preferred.

3--Good engineering understanding and market knowledge about equipments, spare parts and infrastructure,sensitive in data analysis, good legal and contract knowledge, good negotiation& communication&interpersonal skills,good oral and written English&Chinese.

4--Open,confident,innovative,meet kinds of challenges,high sense of responsibility,moral.
