• 在线远程技术支持：海外物流大客户，英语流利；

• Address customers technical support inquiries via multiple contact and communication methods.

• Interpret customer needs and determine/provide the appropriate level of support and if necessary, escalate for timely resolution.

• Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reports on service work performed and product performance.

• Report design problems or issues to R&D or the appropriate internal organization.

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles

  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong diagnoses and troubleshooting skills while demonstrating a “Customer First” attitude

• Ability to think independently and logically while engaging with customers, communicating clearly and concisely while troubleshooting the solutions to their issues

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while demonstrating a flexible work style

• Beneficial are abilities to interpret engineering drawings, knowledge and experience with Java scripting for communication and data formatting as well as knowledge of Industrial controls, networking or communication protocols (EIP, Devicenet, Profinet, etc). Programming knowledge (PLC, and/or C#) is also a benefit

Minimum education and work experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a combination of relevant technical education and experience (3+ years)

• Experience in Industrial and/or manufacturing environment, experience with Integrators is a plus, but not necessary

• Availability to work flexible days and shifts is required, weekends are included

• Must possess English language proficiency as a minimum for the role
