Responsibilities

1) Full responsible for OTO in Walmart, and target to drive NR growth.

2) Full responsible for Gum and Candy GTN, and target to drive NR growth.

3) Formulate OTO and category growth plan to put into execution, responsible for communication with customer and other departments of the business needs, complete business growth target

4) Cross-cooperate with internal departments such as MKT, ICD, CSL and CLD. Solve problems like category trade plan,  forecast, supply quota,orders, delivery appointment  issues and etc. New products, promotion pack, PPA, and normal key items also need to follow.

5) Build strategic relationship with WM HQ and region, to well communicate and execution by different regions

 

Qualifications

Active with energy

>3~5 years FMCG business experience, at least 1 years in Walmart customers

Multi-national company experience with multi category preferred

National customer management experience, especially for HQ planning

Contract negotiation experience is preferred.
