The Regional Marketing Communications Coordinator is an interim role for 6 months. He/she is part of the global Nexperia communication team, which covers corporate communication, internal communication, branding and marketing communication. The Regional Marketing Communications Coordinator will report to Regional Marketing Communication Manager.

He/she is responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing communication programs and coordinating the required technical content for the Greater China region. This includes developing and delivering the latest information and supporting documents to sales managers, account teams and customers, utilizing a combination of online and offline marketing tactics. He/she is also responsible for working with cross functional teams to ensure relevant content and alignment with Nexperia’s overall campaigns; presenting plans for management approval; working with vendors; executing on plans; and tracking and reporting results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support regional marketing communication manager, marketing stakeholders on all strategic and tactical communications projects and some admin. coordination with internal finan. and purchasing dept.
• Localization of communication collateral developed by the Business Groups
• Responsible for driving the regional marketing communications activities - manage the initiation, coordination and execution of communication programs/campaigns accordingly (tactics include: events/seminars, webinars, conferences/trade shows, video, social media, web, public relations and advertising).
• Coordinate (customer) events, regarding messaging and production of promotional materials, advertising, public relations activities, training material and other collateral.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing communication activity and results. Deliver program results within budget.
• Ensure alignment and synergistic optimization with the marketing stakeholders, sales, business teams in the Greater China region.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or master degree bachelors (degree in Marketing Communications or comparable know-how build up through work experience).
• Minimum 2 years experience working within the field of marketing communications, preferably in an international/global, B2B environment.
• Up to date knowledge of different communication channels; especially social media and proven experience with advertising, public relations, web, tradeshow and database marketing.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and outside agencies
• Ability to work independently
• Strong project management, organizational, planning and creative skills
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Proactive thinker and problem-solver
• Affinity to work in a high-tech environment
