Responsibilities：

1. As key member of EHSLT, lead the EHS program implementation to run production without injuries and lost.
2. Show strong site management and lead-ship to drive production team success
3. Based on sales plan, carry out smoothly producing to match customer requirement on time.
4. Run production with maximize productivity and minimize cost
5. Conduct continually improvement with lean- six sigma tools and 5S
6. Coach and develop teams
7. Drive all related production KPI realized smoothly to support business growth

1. Bachelor degree at chemical or engineering

2. 4 ~5 years production site supervising/management experience; Coatings or Chemical plant experience will be plus.

3. Strong management skill and leadership.

4. Have knowledge with Quality and EHS management.  

5. Capable to speak, listen and write in English

6. Skillful at word, excel, PowerPoint.
