Primary Responsibilities

The goal is simple! Meet and exceed customers’ expectations, deliver the project to schedule and manage within the budgeted costs.  To meet these goals, most program managers do the following :

• Planning : Understand the end-user and product requirements as well as Company’s internal objectives. Scope out the work, develop the program schedule, plan and optimize resources.
• Leadership :  Select the right team members, set roles and goals, align the team towards the project goals, support the team where required throughout the project.
• Communication :  Set up communication channels to ensure that Customers and relevant internal departments are kept abreast of latest developments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitoring : Monitor and check project progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Report on project status, profitability, billing, resource matters, risks and key issues to top management on regular basis.
• Kaizen : Continuously identify areas of improvements for increased efficiency, quality and additional areas of monitoring for better control of projects.
• Risk and Issue Management : Identify risk areas, lead collaborative efforts to mitigate the risks. Harness the team towards efficient resolution of issues. 

  

 

  

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or related fields.

2.Min. 5 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Molding/Precision Engineering industries with experience in the program management function.

3.Self starter, proactive with strong leadership skills.

4.A creative and clear mind to pierce through issues and bring clarity to unstructured tasks.

5.Collaborative and communicative with the ability to use these skillsets to foresee issues and/or resolve issues efficiently.

6.Willing to be based in Southern China
