Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate product development efforts with our different CMs from Prototype to 1st MP lot shipment, involve in Concept and Prototype stage, create and maintain Project Plan and Issue List, to make sure the plan achieve on time, track internal and external team solve issue/complete tasks on time, work directly with internal and external to gather all necessary information to report project status to the higher manager.

2. Lead regular Project Meeting with internal and CM, lead Project Plan track. With quality team driver CM for Issue solve, specially for electronic issues, with plan from  Prototype to 1st MP, check if issue impact to plan.

3. Get Cost/Quotation from CM for new project EVT/DVT/PP, plan trial run QTY at different stage.

4. Check with CM for Materials Prepare for EVT/DVT/PP/1st lot MP, after then transfer to supply chain team.

5. Review product (include packing) samples, check with quality for tests, sign Golden Samples for new projects.

6. Checking with CM Production Process/Machine/Fixture prepare for EVT/DVT/PP. (before new production manager join, need to check this for new projects)

7. MP Products: involve for design change, check and sign packing samples for new skus and change, issue ECN for the change to CM.

8. New Technology/design search for apply in our products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Electronic Engineering, experienced about Electronics Design: Schematic design, PCB layout, debug, understand the nature of the product and be able to help with product development aspects and quality/issue solver driver.

2. Project engineer/manager experience in the manufacturing space, consumer goods at least 5 years preferably.

3. Experience with fast move, high pressure environment, strict deadlines.

4. Very organized and rigorous person, think clear, can give clear direction to team. Someone that has a to do list and sticks to it and if he/she doesn’t have enough information to get something done they will ask for it, look at the details.

5. Experience or know quality/process/certification processes preferred.

6. Very strong personality to be respected and get things done in the factory environment.

7. Most time work at CM side, sometime need travel to sub-supplier side.

8. Good for English: writing, read, also oral is better, if technical very good, oral is not must.
