Summary of essential job functions

• Responsible for merchandising activities, follow up orders from sample development, production to delivery, monitor shipment fulfillment

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure production, testing, inspection, and shipping schedules are meet

• Liaise with compliance team on all testing requests

• Follow up with customers to ensure orders meet all requirements

• Efficient daily communication with internal teams on all orders

• To work with QC team in on-site quality control

• To manage stock and material inventory

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor degree with at least 8 years relevant work experience

• Experience with manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred

• Be able to work independently with factories

• Knowledge of Wal-mart, Target systems is an advantage

• Knowledge of EU/US testing requirements is an advantage

• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure

• Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential

• Proficiency in PC skills

• Travel to China factories is required

• Immediate availability is preferred

• Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills

• Self-starter

• Professional attitude, good organization skills and dependability.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Salary:

Salary commensurate with experience.
