Purpose of the role

• Develop processes and solutions to connect WW land-based products to deliver value for new and existing customers
• Support the PDC Asia team in achieving KPIs and regional growth targets

Accountabilities

 

• Manage, support, and coordinate regional product development and contracting opportunities

   

• This role will work closely with the Customer Growth, Global Industrial account development while developing and maintaining strong relationships with all business partners including operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and others as required

   

• Engage with potential external business partners on product development activities

   

• When required and in collaboration with Customer growth, meet with customers on product development projects

             

Knowledge and skills

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities on a daily, monthly, and annual basis

   

• Ability and comfort effectively communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external partners

   

• Strong relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven work history working collaboratively on cross functional work-teams

   

• A growth mindset, with a sincere willingness to take ownership of new challenges, develop comprehensive programs and lead to conclusion, occasionally under challenging time constraints.
