Position: Customer service (跟单客服)

Requirement:

1. 3 years college degree or above, preferably major in Trade/ Finance or business English

2.Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

3.High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and independent , good interpersonal skills, communications skills, good English writing & speaking, high PC skills especially in MS Office.

4. Excellent communication skills to effectively deal with customers or the other relevant Dep.

5.Job holder needs to be stress resistant to deal with varying workload and potential problems or Customer issues.

6. Familar with international trading proceduce. Such as P/O P/I C/O B/L Form E L/C etc
