岗位职责：

1. Check supplier's invoices, perform 3 ways (PO, Invoice, receiving notes) matching in Syteline System, maintain payment schedule and arrange the payment；
2. Check the payment situation and reconcile the account payable balance with suppliers；
3. Reconcile accounts balance with TB in month end；
4. Prepare both internal and external month end finance reports in time, such as AP aging report etc.；
5. Prepare for accounting entries for expense payment and ensure all transaction are recorded in compliance with local tax regulations and GAAP requirements；
6. Assist internal and external audit activities;
7. Finish other work arranged by supervisor。

任职资格：

1．Bachelor degree holder and one years or above accounting experience；

2. Familiar with accounting standards；

3. Achieved College English Test Level 4 or above；

4. Proficiency in MS word, Excel & PowerPoint, preferably with Syteline/ SAP experience；

5. Self-motivated and sound analytical mind and strong sense of responsibility (work ethics, integrity, etc.)。
