About Our Client

Our client is one of the global top leading Medical Companies. Currently, they are looking for a high caliber for Strategic Sourcing Supervisor to join their GZ Plant.

Position:

• This position will report to APAC Sourcing Manager based in GZ.
• It requires frequent business travel.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, lead and implement the sourcing strategy to ensure continuous improvement of cost effectiveness and sustainable quality and supply.
2. Closely monitor market information and trend on the feedstock market, forecast the trend, share those information with key stakeholder and develop the sourcing strategy and action plan accordingly.
3. Lead team to achieve procurement value creation projects and pursue the continuous improvement target of cost, quality and delivery.
4. Supplier base development and partnership building with selective key suppliers which aligns to regional/global purchasing requirements.
5. Ensure all agreed purchasing objectives are delivered on time in target through close co-operation and teamwork within the company.
6. Minimize business risk through strict supplier management system and well compliance of all company management processes.
7. To be in sincerity, reliability and loyalty to the company as well as fairness opposite the business partners, incorruptibility, with viability of value conception of the culture.

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years experiences in procurement, minimum 2 years experience in Medical industry/chemical project procurement execution.
2. Familiarity with vendor / supplier sourcing market on Medical industry
3. Professional on procurement procedures implementation
4. Strong managerial, organizational and communication skills
5. Honest quality, dedicate to professional work
6. Good interpersonal relationship, with team work spirit
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
