Responsibility:

• Manage product purchasing forecast and purchasing order with suppliers

• Follow-up material status with supplier to secure the supply of production in supplier

• Follow-up the production plan together with manufacturing team to secure the purchasing order was proceeded in supplier on time.

• Manage the shipping plan with supplier and update shipping status in the system.

• Be responsible for the purchasing order released to supplier was delivered on time

• Managed supplier’s shipping document for logistics company and warehouse.

• Manage status of order delivery and reception in the system

• Other tasks related supply chain in supplier management process

 

Qualifications:

-University degree or above, major of Supply Chain Management, logistic management will be a plus

-Perfect communication skills with English, both oral and written.

-Above 5 years work experience of supply chain management or related

-Familiar with logistics, import and export customs.

-Knowledge of ERP or SAP system of electronics manufacturing will be a plus.

-Strong communication and interaction skills

-Personality: integrity, high sense of responsibility, team-work spirit, pay attention on details and result-oriented.
