职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the incumbent assists in the effective and efficient procurement management of the projects through a range of actions contributing to the design, planning, management and monitoring of project activities, mainly procurement part of the activities.
The Procurement Assistant works in close collaboration with the Operations, Finance and Sales teams in the factory.
Procurement
Archive project related documents (hard & soft copies)
Input client purchase orders in the ERP
Create basic information in the ERP (part number, client & suppliers data…)
Compare client purchase orders against quotation
Edit and print-out packaging identification
Assist project managers in daily data input in the ERP
Document translation
Draft contracts for goods and services for management approval, and follow up on the execution of such contracts
Collect information for KPI
Other duties
Provide assistance for administrative matters of a more general nature, such as registry and maintenance of project procurement files and records
Support in arrangements of external and internal meetings
Arrange for equipment maintenance
Assist in oral translation for non-Chinese speaking employees
Procurement Assistant Skills
Energetic and willing to learn, successful Procurement Assistants have good judgment and the ability to interpret policies and procedures. They have careful attention to detail. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, we are seeking Procurement Assistant candidates with the following skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
Good time management and organizational skills
Bilingual in English or French
Experience with ERP
Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
