Responsibilities:

1. To prepare and ensure the accuracy of the monthly and yearly Group’s financial statements compliance with statutory requirements
2. To manage the cash flow of the Group to meet funding request by DG Hong Da and to settle import loans and vendor’s invoice. To prepare hedging again foreign exchange risk of the Group.
3. To assist in preparation of the company Fine plan and latest estimation.
4. To negotiate with internal or external party for enhancement of the existing companies to create value to the company.
5. To implement an effective fixed asset management and control system, it allows for the proper presentation of fixed asset in financial statements and the overall safeguarding of fixed asset.
6. To ensure that all sales are promptly invoiced and are accurately recorded, including adjustment to stock records, to ensure that sales are recorded in the correct accounting period.
7. To ensure that payment only for goods and services received and required by the company, all payments are accurately recorded.
8. To implement an effective inventory management and control system, it allows for the proper presentation of inventory in financial statements and the overall safeguarding of inventory assents.

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalence.
2. 8 years relevant experience including auditing/financial and cost accounting in manufacturing field.
3. Familiar with the PRC and HK accounting standards and taxation requirements.
4. Preferably with a membership of ACCA, AICPA, CMA or CICPA.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.
6. Proficiency in MS word, Excel & PowerPoint and strong knowledge in accounting software, preferably with SAP experience.
7. Proactive, mature, independent and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
