Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities) 

·         To convey clear understanding on AFSL’s business and expectations

·         To keep quick and efficient on-boarding of new and expansion programs

·         To provide constructive & effective proposals for program handling, business support, complaint or crisis handling

·         To ensure program changes are channeled and communicated to the right execution parties

·         To identify risks and assumptions in plans, anticipate problems and plan for contingencies with internal parties.

·         To monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on Programs and drive any progress in positive way

·         To push and motivate the team to excellence

·         To investigate, share and adopt best practice learned within and outside IAC organization.

·         To arrange monthly meeting with client AFSL China team and follow-up

·         To support/engage on-site observation

·         To handle/coordinate oversea AFSL testing request, e.g. testing applications from Japan and Combodia

·         To review monthly report and provide it to client AFSL in due time

·         To support management review meetings and seminars

·         To support AFSL annual technical training   

·         To work with invoicing team for Monthly Rebate Application ( failed lot fee, invoice over 4 months)

·         To review and update COP/CPT if necessary

·         To follow-up any complaint or CAR triggering

·         To provide refreshed training

·         CET4 or above or equivalent level
