Job Responsibility

• Manage Digital and Innovation Projects to improve the service delivery to our client and the efficiency of our operations. Example of projects: new tools to digitalize operations such as DDEI, new Apps for Inspectors, connected tools such as measuring tape, color recognition etc …
• Work closely with different teams (PM, GTS, Ops) to achieve the projects’ objectives.
• Manage assigned projects from the initial steps of defining the scopes, to cost estimation/approval and allocating resources, preparing schedules and tracking progress.
• Manage change, quality and potential risk during task life cycle, work together with delivery team/Ops/GTS to make sure everything consistent with plans and schedule.
• Report highlights and KPI status for each project in timely manner to project stakeholder.
• Work with the project teams and their management to share overall workload forecast and benefit and estimation.
• Actively analyze plan vs actuals on KPI indication and make continuous improvement on service delivery.

• Strong knowledge in digital industry;
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management and engagement skills across the business at all levels, including with senior management;
• Creative to find solutions to new problems;
• Demonstrable digital project/program management experience and skills with proven track record of managing digital transformation projects, business analysis, and project risk management, communication, etc.
• Fluency in oral and written English is a must;
• TIC experience is preferable.
