为工厂自动化软件进行软件开发

要求：

学历：本科以上学历，硕士优先

语言： .NET, C#, WPF/Winform, C++, Object oriented design/programming.

能进行英语沟通***

技能要求：

1. 具备工厂自动化或者设备自动化软件开发经验 

2. 有项目管理经验***

3. 熟悉合理的软件工程原理和方法

4. 具备规划和安排任务的优先级能力，有效地进行口头和书面沟通，并能够在团队环境中成功工作部署和集成工厂自动化软件

5. 推动机器性能的变化，机器的持续改进以及工程更改，从而增强OEE与供应商，系统集成商，合同制造商和其他合作伙伴合作并进行管理

备注：此为1年制项目，若到期项目未结束，直接续签；如果愿意，也可转至其他项目上

目前的项目：是一家"苹果"的声响产品方面的供应商

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline

·         Master’s Degree is desired though not required

·         .NET, C#, WPF/Winform, C++, Object oriented design/programming.

·         Candidates should be fluent in English.

·        

Skills required:

·         Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of automation in a factory or individual equipment’s. Some understanding of software programming.

·         Candidate must have program management experience.

·         Candidate must also be familiar with sound software engineering principles and methodologies

·         Candidate must demonstrate a general commitment to excellence, a dedication to producing quality work results, and an ability to learn and apply new skills

·         Be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers, demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems

·         Plan and prioritize personal tasking, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and be able to work successfully in a team environment Deploying and integrating factory automation software

·         Drive change on Machine performance, machine continuous improvement, and Engineering changes that enhance OEE Working with and manage suppliers, System Integrators, contract manufacturers and other partners.

·         Working with our CM’s to support equipment manufacturing and production related issues on floor.
