Report to: Quality and Compliance Manager

    

Responsibilities:

    

• Implement and enhance the anti-corruption policies globally with local managers and HR, provide clarifications on anti-corruption policies or COC for employees who have concerns.
• Organize and deliver ethical training globally, develop compliance and ethics communications.
• Plan and conduct special purpose reviews. Which would include interview preparation, research, analysis, interviews of complainants, witnesses, victims and subjects, collection and forensic analysis of emails and other data, report writing, and other duties as deemed appropriate by the Company with support from legal and HR departments.
• Providing a high level of experience, expertise, guidance, and leadership relative to company-wide, multi-jurisdictional, complex reviews, which may impact employees, business operations, and company reputation.
• Manage the report channel including hotline, WeChat, and email, and make sure all the reports are handled properly and timely in line with the policies.
• Review the results from internal audits and work on continuously the compliance and integrity level of the company.
• Conduct due diligence checks internally and with business partner according the requirement of compliance policies
• Provide compliance metrics as required.

Requirements:

    

• At least 5-year of working experience in an anti-corruption, ethics, and compliance in a multinational corporation, reputed law firm or consulting firms.
• Experience conducting due diligence, analyzing fraud, and/or implementing anti-corruption best practices
• Understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the work, client centric
• Fluent oral Mandarin and English
