工作职责:

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Quotation

a) Supporting EMCN sales for automation-related quotations (Viper Std)

b) Join customer meetings for clarification, or project introduction

c) Initiate and work with EAA engineers to issue layouts and non-standard quotations

2. Order

a) Responsible for order processing and follow-up order changes

b) Get confirmation layout from sales and customer

c) Create sales order BOM

d) Create material & relevant documents for automation components and cooperate with MRP and PUR for PR/PO

3. Technical support

a) Support sales automation-related technical questions

b) Support import/export dep. for customs clearance for automation parts

c) Support retrofit process

d) MRP support

e) Contact with suppliers for automation parts

f) Chinese translation for automation documents

4. Follow-up with project-related topics, for automation projects, as well as RETROFIT projects/activities

a) Technical status (engineering and production, startup),

b) Logistics and purchasing status,

c) Keep track of the timeline of a project and record deviations

d) Record service activities onsite

e) Synchronize with BU and other internal parties as needed

5. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

任职资格:

Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):

1. Bachelor degree in mech/elec. / automation disciplines

2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar job and/or a related field

3. Familiar with SAP

4. Familiar with MS office

5. Strong communication skill and a pro-active working attitude

6. Good command in written and spoken English

7. Good technical understanding, to effectively manage project and involved parties

8. Perseverance, to push all involved parties to follow time plan or adjust to changes in the time plan

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
