负责区域内的招聘计划的落实、拓展招聘渠道，满足招聘需求。

负责所辖区域内考勤统计、薪酬计算。

协助管理办公室和零售店铺日常人事事务 。

要求 

3年零售企业人事及行政工作经验, 有服装行业管理工作经验优先考虑 

较强的人际沟通能力, 较强的团队领导和合作能力 

具有良好的逻辑思维能力和优秀的表达 

有很强的工作条理性和服务意识 

能承受高压力的工作任务和环境，具有应付繁琐和多方面事务的耐心和能力独立处理相关事务和问题
