We are looking for an eCommerce professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Bulldog… just to name a few!).

The role will support the sustainable growth in the category for multiple Edgewell brands including Schick, Banana Boat and Bulldog in multiple e-channels.

Let's Get Down To Business

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior but ambitious eCommerce professional to leverage their experience and to take a pivotal part in eCommerce strategy for Edgewell in China. The role demands a great deal of stakeholder involvement, so is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and building long lasting relationships.

Here's a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

• Monitor and track competitor's main online campaigns & status and generate weekly reports

• Prepare sales reports, review campaign performance (e.g: Traffic, PV, conversion rate, etc.) and provides analysis that includes local insights and quarterly local ecommerce trend update

• Track FCST & demand plans accuracy and act as a liaison for cross-functional communications

• Process PR forms and A&P accruals

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of the EC strategy

Show Us What You've Got

Ideally you will have 1-3 years of eCommerce operations experience gained within a commercial or FMCG business. You must be fluent in English & Chinese.

In this role, it is important that you are able to work assertively, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams located externally. Professional experience is important, but it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.

Here are some of the requirements we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Experience in e-Commerce, trade marketing or sales department, preferable in FMCG industry
• Experience in working with global/regional cross-functional teams preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative and result-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in written English and Chinese
