• Customer technical support: technical support for all the citrus product (regularly collect local and international regulations, help on the review/translate and follow up of citrus client/LDC spec/contract request, coordinating on questionnaire preparation, help on the complaint investigation / follow up, coordinate samples base on client request and follow up accordingly, regularly supervise China juice stock and prepare report for circulation etc.)
• Customer service (R&D): help on the citrus business developing and actively coordinate technical solutions for any client need, help on suppliers/co-packers review from technical view for which commercial needed;

Responsibilities

• Customer requests: Provide timely response for any client requests and coordinate/follow up solutions till all the requests close, summary and file for all kinds of clients request (contract specs, complaints, samples, questionnaire, etc.) and prepare/ join the monthly review with international team ;
• Technical support: involve and help on the support for any technical needed from clients developing and technical developing;
• Additional
  responsibilities as necessary.
