Responsibilities:

 

·       Account Management

o   Act as one point of contact towards the Europe based buying teams

o   Ensure to achieve annually set budget targets

o   Translate buying team’s requirements towards Sourcing, SCM and QA tasks

o   Implement improvements of project documentation process

o   Lead project development and progress based on buyer’s briefing / requirements

o   Understand new product trends and pro-actively support buyer with product information

o   Understand Private Label brands from all relevant aspects

o   Ensure information about components in ERP is correct and timely updated

 

·       General Tasks

o   Take over responsibility for all Europe, Middle East and Africa related Private Label projects

o   Manage cross-functional projects including different local and international stakeholders

o   Frequently prepare and manage reports towards executive level and supervisor

 

 

Requirements:

·       bachelor’s degree or higher in business- or business-related fields

·       at least 5 years working experience holding a Merchandiser or project management related position

·       at least 3 years working experience as a Supervisor fully responsible to lead projects from start till end

·       ability to multitask and coordinate on different projects

·       ability to understand supply chain processes from manufacturing to shipping

·       proven record in developing new projects

·       proven record in planning and following cost saving targets

·       experience in supplier and/or customer relationship management

·       experience in working within different cultures

·       ability to understand problems and provide solutions

·       skilled in working with Microsoft Office tools and ERP software

·       fluency in written/spoken Mandarin and English is a must
