Report directly to APAC Sr. operational finance manager, you will manage a team of Accounting Experts, APAC and responsible for accounting and financial management services for 12 countries including month-end closing & reporting, intercompany, account payable, general ledger and fixed assets management. Drive the standardization, SOP optimization across APAC region and lead projects including automation, financial systems improvement etc.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Management & Reporting：

• Following local and global accounting guideline, lead CoEs to manage daily operation in accounting for APAC countries.
• Ensure all local and global reports are completed and submitted according timeline with high quality.
• Control and monitor Accounts Payable & Payment in ERP and Bank system.
• Manage internal & external auditing to ensure full compliance with global and local requirement such as Sox, IFRS etc.
• Liaise with management and prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

Process & Project

• Lead APAC projects including CoEs build-up, system implementation, automation, integration, etc.
• Establish or improve policy, process in all accounting function special for APAC standard operation procedure optimization to ensure internal control and compliance.
• Other job assigned by leader.

      

Education & Qualification

• Degree in Finance/Accounting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial accounting with 3-year management experience.
• Sound knowledge of accounting and tax requirements
• Ability to interpret accounting standards and liaise with Auditors
• Demonstrated experience in leading standardization by reviewing and improving processes.
• Project management experience preferred with sound problem solving and analytical skills to drive change.
• Well-developed oral and writing communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• CPA/CMA preferred or equivalent local professional qualifications
