任职资格：

1.IT相关专业背景本科以上学历；5年以上同等岗位工作经验；

2.英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言沟通； 有跨国公司或上市集团公司工作背景优先；

3.  有OA, CRM相关开发或二次开发相关经验，对 Dynamic AX/ MS M365,Agile, SCRUM 有一定的了解并接触者为佳。

·         Develops and controls the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for Technology Operations in CEL to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of IT and the business and is within plan.

·         Champions IT involvement in the organization’s innovation efforts and its role in delivering digital capability with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities.

·         Provides strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems that fulfil the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support and cyber security capability

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company established requirements for data integrity.

·         Drives the implementation of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure Technology delivers value to the enterprise.

• To build best of class support, change requests, and enhancements process for the digital projects.
• Lead the team to develop and enhance system efficiency (OA, CRM, Dynamic AX/ MS M365, and all other applications)
• Collaborate with business users and IT to ideate and introduce new digital innovations into business areas such as MS Machine Learning, RPA, Cloud solutions (Alicloud & Azure), etc.
• In applying project methodology (e.g., Agile, SCRUM) for planning and tracking in managing projects, capable of managing multiple projects, well organized, excellent time management with respect to priorities.

·         Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the Technology leadership team and staff to build a high performing team

·         Manages technology risk to ensure the business is protected adequately ensuring it can operate effectively by implementing adequate Disaster Recovery plans

·         Delivery effective Cyber Security Controls to protect the business and technology assets from internal and external threats

·         Provide appropriate IT operational and IT Project reporting to build confidence in IT systems and delivery outcomes

• Work closely with:
  1.) Business stakeholders to ensure that the best business processes and best practices are in place.
  2.) Group's digital and IT teams to ensure consistency and consistency when necessary.
  3.) Caterpillar and other business technology partners to manage existing technologies and introduce new digital technologies to get the most value from our solutions and service portfolio.
