We are looking for a Marketing Operation Specialist to serve for our Marketing Solutions business unit. You will be responsible for implementing leading-edge programs, digital campaigns and offline events while uplifting advertisers event experience to enhance their brand preference to LinkedIn.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior Marketing Manager to execute digital to offline marketing campaigns/events based on agreed upon goals and objectives
• Assist Marketing Manager to create landing/registration pages and deploy campaign and event emails
• Day-to-day management of campaign performance
• Works with appropriate teams to understand and implement Sales’ goals and objectives, Portfolio Marketing’s key messaging and product focus
• Plans and manage campaigns/events budget
• Manages logistics/design assets related to digital campaign/events
• Extensive experience planning and executing events in China
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience in integrating digital and social media tactics into key event programs and advocating for an integrated event experience approach
• Manage outside agencies and vendors as needed basis and Negotiates contracts

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to prepare and execute on tactical marketing plans, working to budget and time deadlines and reporting on marketing ROI
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to multi-tasks in a time-pressured environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
